(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Israeli PM, talking at the Presidential Conference in Jerusalem, proclaims that an end to the conflict will only materialise if the Palestinian leadership accept Israel as a Jewish state.
In the closing session of the conference Netanyahu expanded further claiming that the reason peace had not been achieved thus far was because of this issue, reported the Jerusalem Post. Netanyahu in his speech claimed “that President Abbas must do what I did two years ago: he must stand up to his people and say, I will accept the Jewish state”.
The Israeli PM continued saying that the two-state solution would end any talk of creating sub-states within Israel such as in the Negev or Galilee.
